Craft-driven design for
systems that scale.
I turn complex product problems into clear, scalable experiences and more efficient ways of working. I connect strategy, UX, systems, and delivery to reduce ambiguity, strengthen execution, and create solutions that scale beyond a single release.
Five projects shaped by real constraints, cross-functional collaboration, and decisions that had to hold up through delivery.
A verified networking and collaboration experience for music creators, designed around trust, privacy, professional context, and member-controlled connection.
A redesigned music education hub built around clearer information hierarchy, reusable components, and a governance system that teams can maintain without design drift.
A website redesign for retail marketing leaders that improved product clarity, strengthened page hierarchy, and created reusable patterns for future growth.
A courier operations redesign that made order status, prioritization, and support actions easier for restaurant teams working under time pressure.
A facial-analysis makeup recommendation prototype focused on personalization, user trust, inclusivity, and clearer control over AI-generated recommendations.
I design products that make complexity feel manageable. My work sits between product strategy, user experience, systems thinking, and execution, turning ambiguity into clear decisions, scalable systems, and more efficient ways of working.
At ASCAP, I lead end-to-end design across mobile and web initiatives, working closely with product, engineering, vendors, legal, and marketing. I'm especially interested in ambiguous problems where the work is not just designing a screen, but defining the system, clarifying the decision, and making the experience easier to build and maintain.
Across my roles, I moved between large website redesigns, workflow-heavy products, and new product concepts. That range sharpened how I enter unfamiliar problem spaces: get to the signal quickly, make tradeoffs explicit, and create enough structure for teams to move with confidence.
AI has expanded how I explore, prototype, and evaluate ideas, but the value still comes from knowing what problem is worth solving and what should actually ship.
Outside work, I'm usually playing guitar, going to live shows, traveling, building LEGO, or doing a Sudoku that I should have stopped twenty minutes ago.
Design is decision-making under constraints. My process is built to reduce ambiguity, align teams, protect quality, and leave behind systems that make the next decision easier.
I start with research, heuristics, behavioral data, and context to separate symptoms from the actual problem.
I make the problem, constraints, tradeoffs, and success criteria explicit before execution introduces more ambiguity.
I design the experience and the system around it: flows, components, states, edge cases, responsive behavior, and the guidance needed to build it well.
I validate through testing, analytics, QA, and post-launch evidence, then use what we learn to improve both the product and the process.
